ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty (General Lines) license required

  • A minimum of 3 years prior sales experience in the Property & Casualty arena preferred

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume sales environment

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Thorough understanding of underwriting guidelines and requirements

  • Strong code of ethics

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients

  • Willingness to learn new skills, practices, and programs to enhance efficiency

  • Commitment to uphold the Coastal Standard

  • Experience with Applied EPIC preferred
