It is our mission to be more knowledgeable, more responsive and more caring. In an effort to uphold our promise to you, every Coastal policyholder is assigned a fully licensed, dedicated Account Manager, in addition to your Account Executive, aka your agent. Your Account Manager is here to help with everyday administrative tasks, as well as any other requests you may have along the way. Our Sales Team works in tandem with our Account Management Team to ensure you receive the best possible service, no matter how big or small your need may be.
Your account manager is assigned via an alphabet split system. to find your assigned account manager, please use the guide below and search using the first letter of your last name OR the first letter/number of the entity listed on your policy.
